Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a specific processing period based on the individual product.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it due to the fact that multiple stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you've placed your order.

Our policy is for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
