If you want a light muffler that barks, our Powder Lite Muffler is the way to go! They only weigh 4 lbs and they fit great with laser cut mounting brackets. Our Powder Lite mufflers are dyno tested on our Superflow to make sure that they don’t lose power as many other companies do. Our free-flowing baffle design will give you an excellent throttle response. If you want light, get a BMP Powder Lite!! This muffler is equipped with a factory sensor bung. Available in high temp black or ceramic chrome.
Optional for 2011-13 800 Models:
This adapter will cause the sled to run leaner. This is necessary for models that lose peak RPM because the sensor reads too hot. We recommend not running this adapter until you notice a problem with your sled. We do recommend purchasing it on 2011-13 models (That didn’t receive the ECU update) just in case your sled has a problem.
2014-16 models or models with the 2014 ECU flash should not use this sensor adapter as it will trick the ECU into thinking the sled is running too cool. Most 2014-16 models will be fine with no adapter. If you have an issue, your dealer now has a re-flash for adding an aftermarket muffler.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it due to the fact that multiple stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy is for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
